PRPI 2016 Exhibitor Manual
  1. Only listed research projects are allowed to participate in PRPI 2016.
  2. Exhibitors have to prepare the posters according to the determined format. Please refer to the website for further information.
  3. Each entry has to go through the registration process which will be held as follows :

  4. Failure of exhibitors or their representatives to register within the given time period will cause their participation to be cancelled. Registration after the given time period will not be accepted.
  5. During registration, the exhibitors will be given the following;
    • Reference No.
      :
      Identify the exact location to put up poster
      Exhibitor Tag
      :
      Entrance pass to gain access into the Dewan Besar
      Judging Confirmation Form
      :
      To confirm the projects that are to be judged (Please place the form on the poster panel for the judges to put down their signatures)
      Inventory Form
      :
      Surveillance process by the Security Team
      Questionnaire Book
      :
      Feedback from exhibitors for improvement analyses
  6. Exhibitors or their representatives are required to be present at booth throughout the exhibition to attend the visitors.
  7. All exhibitors will be judged by a panel of judges throughout the judging session from: 10.00 am - 5.00 pm. (break 1.00 - 2.15 pm).
  8. All exhibitors are invited to attend the Award Ceremony ((16 November 2016, 2.30pm) at Dewan Besar, PKKSSAAS.
  9. Results will be announced on 16 November 2016 (at 10.00 am). The judges’ decision is final.
  10. Safety of the Belongings/Products
    • Exhibitors must constantly be attentive with the safety of their belongings / products throughout the exhibition.
  11. Security will oversee the area throughout the exhibition. However, the secretariat is not liable for any loss and damage during and after the exhibition.
